SPE SUBVENTION Request

The SPE is willing to provide those who are participating in SPE events who can demonstrate a need with subvention grants, as long as the SPE has the funds available to do so. If you would like to request a SPE subvention grant, you must be a current SPE member and email Cecilea Mun using the contact info provided on the SPE website, with "SPE Subvention Grant Request" as your subject title. Please also provide the following information:

• Full name and affiliation (if any)

• SPE membership number (PayPal receipt #) or screenshot of PayPal SPE membership receipt

• The amount requested (please review the available amount in the financial report)

• The reason for your request, including circumstances of need and purpose

If your grant is approved, then you will be required to pay for your participation fee in advance and to submit your receipt in order to be reimbursed for your costs. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Cecilea Mun.
